Episode Notes

Author Bio
Eugina Jordan is an executive who has built her career from a secretary to chief marketing officer in telecom, where women represent only 12 percent of the C-suite. She is an author, an inventor, and a well-sought-after speaker. A strong voice for women in tech, she won the outstanding achievement “Diversity in Tech” GLOMO Award by GSMA at Mobile World Congress 2023.

Over the years, her writing has spanned short stories, technical articles, personal essays, and now, the leadership book for

the underrepresented. A Russian immigrant herself, she realized there were very few books for the underrepresented written by people like them that knew struggles, challenges, and triumphs.

She wrote UNLIMITED: The Seventeen Proven Laws for Success in a Workplace Not Designed for You because she wanted to help other underrepresented: females, immigrants, and people of color, to climb the ladder in corporate America faster and with less pain than herself.

Eugina resides in Massachusetts with her husband, teenage son, and three rescue dogs.
