Maria is both a Life and Wellness Coach, an author, corporate trainer, and a mother. She has certifications in both Life and Health Coaching, as well as a degree and background in Mental Health Counseling. Through her work as a coach and author she aims to help others live a life of purpose and joy. She's currently providing coaching services to fellow moms who want to feel healthy, happy, and whole again and her book, "No Thanks I'm Good," serves as a down to earth guide for those who experience high functioning anxiety, limiting beliefs, and perfectionism, helping them break free of what holds them down and reclaim the power they've had all along.
